Methamphetamine
labs can be dangerous places. We recommend that you visit the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) webpage for more information;
you will find a link to MDH at the bottom of this page. You should also contact your local county health department.
Landmark
staff have tested and/or cleaned up more than 500 clandestine methamphetamine laboratories in Minnesota since 2001. These
labs are mostly in residential homes and garages. We have also investigated labs in: apartment buildings, townhomes, cabins,
farm buildings, hotels, as well as cars and trucks.
Landmark’s clients are often the property owners—landlords, and
family members, who in addition to legal troubles of an eviction, or the multitude of issues stemming from an addicted son
or daughter arrested for production of methamphetamine manufacturing, are simultaneously faced with the responsibility for
cleanup of a contaminated property. We also work directly for local units of government, and lenders.
Landmark seeks
to apply our experience to conduct a streamlined investigation and clean up that assures that your property is no longer dangerous
and can quickly become a home again.
Call John Fox or Ken Haberman at 952-887-9601 ext 210, or 208, or call 612-532-8964.
We will be glad to help you understand the issues involved in cleaning and testing your property.
